Equalizing sensitivity

Alignment of sensitivity by angle and range using standard control reflectors: notches, flat-bottomed holes, lateral drilling holes in accordance with the requirements of Russian and international regulatory documentation.
Calculation and application of PA-DGS, TFM+FMC-DGS

Exclusive. When working with the diameter of an equivalent planar hole the use of TFM+FMC ensures the accuracy of determining the diameter of the diameter of an equivalent planar hole is ±0,2 mm at depths up to 100 mm. When working with the PA-DGS, even outside the focus area, the error in determining of the diameter of an equivalent planar hole is ± 0.4 mm at depths up to 300 mm.
TFM+FMC -X, TFM+FMC -Y, TFM+FMC -XY modes

The coherent addition of partial TFM+FMC images makes it possible to obtain a high-quality TFM+FMC -X image. This method makes it possible to combine the advantages of ultrasonic inspection systems with mechanical and electronic scans.
Continuous ultrasonic thickness testing

The technology of continuous ultrasonic thickness testing using phased arrays makes it possible to measure the wall thickness and the speed of an ultrasonic wave. The thickness measurement error is no more than 1% in the range of 20-100 mm, and no more than 0.2 mm in the range of 2-20 mm of thickness.
